1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listable ("the Service"), operated at trylistable.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listable is an AI-powered platform that enables real estate agents to create single-property websites. The Service includes property data import, website generation, template customization, publishing, and lead capture functionality.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including property photos, descriptions, and agent information. By using the Service, you grant Listable a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service and publish your property websites.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate property descriptions and other text using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. Listable does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@trylistable.com.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@trylistable.com. Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline and your data will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the website.
