When you create an account on Listable, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile information such as phone number, agency name, and profile photo. When you import a property listing, we store the property data (address, photos, specs, description) you provide or that is extracted from the listing URL.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate and publish property websites on your behalf
• To deliver lead inquiries from your published property sites
• To process payments through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (lead notifications, account updates)
• To improve our services and fix technical issues

3. Lead Data

When a visitor submits a contact form on your published property website, we collect their name, email, phone number, and message. This data is stored in our database and delivered to you via email and your Listable dashboard. We do not sell or share lead data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Listable:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.
• Vercel — hosting and image storage.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated property descriptions. Property data may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting, and hashed passwords. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@trylistable.com. When you delete a property site, all associated leads and data are permanently removed.
